The domain has various types of homes for 2 to 7 people.

House 1; La ferme is the most luxurious house in the park with a heated private swimming pool, a pool house and offers a lot of privacy.
La ferme has two levels. On the first floor is the main building with a spacious living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, toilet. The wide view can be enjoyed on the large terrace.
Under the house on the ground floor there is another bedroom and a bathroom/wc.

Those who come for the cosiness and atmosphere can have a great time on the farm in the houses no. 2, 3, 4. These houses offer a beautiful view over the large garden.

House no. 2 offers space for 4 people and has a spacious living room with a large bedroom and a large bathroom located on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

House no. 3 offers space for 4 people and has a large kitchen and living area. The 2 bedrooms with their own shower and sink are located on the first floor and there is a toilet on each floor.

House no. 4, suitable for 3-4 people, located in the 250-year-old part of the farm, has a small living room with a luxury kitchen and a bedroom on each floor with its own toilet, sink and shower.

House no.5  is a large detached villa with various options for up to 7 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and its own washing machine, all on the ground floor. The house offers a fantastic view of the large garden and has its own parking space.

Houses no. 6 and no.r 7 are identical and each have a large garden, a spacious living room with open kitchen and two bedrooms with private shower and sink on the ground floor (suitable for 4 people).
Each house has a surface of 65m2, 4 pers, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet.

All homes have air conditioning, extensive kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Chromecast for streaming (Netflix etc). All terraces face south.

Internet enters via a fiber optic cable. Wifi is available in all homes, at the pool and in the communal garden.

The shared washing machine can be used free of charge twice a week. In house 5 there is a washing machine in the house.

The parking spaces are secured. For houses 1,2,3,4 and 6 and 7, the parking lot is behind the farm and offers shade. The parking lot at house 5 also offers shade.

The domain is approximately 1 hectare in size and therefore offers a lot of privacy. The park is located on the edge of a spacious residential area.

Smoking is not allowed in the houses. For the farm (homes 1-4) smoking is not allowed on the terrace.

To ensure a good night's rest for local residents and guests present, communication should be made in a subdued tone from 22:00.

A bakery, with fresh bread every day, is 300 meters away.
The small supermarket Proxi and the butcher are 400 meters away.
Restaurant La Belle Etoile is open every afternoon and evening (except Thursday) and is 150 meters away.
Restaurant L'As de Coeur is 1 km away and is open every afternoon (except Sunday).
Vaison la Romaine, 5 km from Roaix, has an extensive tourist office, shopping center, many restaurants, several supermarkets and a hospital.

Bring your own
- Bottom sheet or fitted sheet (90x200), pillowcase (60*60) and duvet cover (1 person). All beds are 90*200. Divergent; house 1 has a 2 person bed of 180*200 and 2 beds of 80*200 m. House 5 has a 2 person bed of 160*200. Houses 4 and 5 have a bed of 140*200.
